I'm pissed. I really shouldn't be, but I am. I gained five pounds over the last two weeks. I know, after one loses 35 pounds one can expect plateaus and even back sliding. All the stress in my life has made sticking to the diet tough. I've been so focused on getting back in armor that I haven't paid any attention to my exercise program. So, it's back into the pool today!
